Located in the United Arab Emirates, Ain Dubai is the world’s tallest Ferris wheel. Standing over 250 meters (820 feet) tall, it is nearly 50 meters taller than the previous record holder, the Las Vegas High Roller. construction on Ain Dubai began in 2013, and the wheel finally opened to the public in 2023.
Ain Dubai has 48 capsules, each of which can hold up to 36 people. That means that the wheel can theoretically carry up to 1750 people at a time! There will also be 2 VIP cabins with private butlers on hand to provide an ultra-luxurious experience. The journey aboard Ain Dubai will last for approximately 30 minutes.
Ain Dubai is not only the world’s largest Ferris wheel, but it is also the tallest observation deck in the world. From the top of the wheel, visitors can enjoy stunning views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and other iconic landmarks.
In addition to the Observation Wheel itself, Ain Dubai will also feature a number of other attractions, including a licensed bar, a restaurant, and a retail zone. There will also be a dedicated events space that can be used for everything from weddings to corporate functions. We can’t wait to see what else this incredible new attraction has in store!
The construction of Ain Dubai was no small feat; it required over 22,000 tons of steel and 60,000 cubic meters of concrete. In total, it took over 7 million man-hours to complete!
