How to Make Lahmajoun at Home
If you want lahmajoun but can’t make it to the Middle East any time soon, don’t worry! This dish is actually quite easy to make at home. All you need is some ground beef, onions, spices, and a little bit of time. Here’s what you need to do:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef with 1 chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
